of managing IT and information security for organizations in Israel.
IT & cybersecurity services by sectorFour sectors.
One partner, 14 years.
Since 2012 ELPC has worked with organizations across all four sectors in Israel - business, public, nonprofit and defense. Each comes with its own regulation, budget and challenges, and we deliver what each one needs: from Help Desk and managed IT, through Tier 3 experts, to cyber advisors and infrastructure.
supported along the way, from growing businesses to enterprise.
Certified processes for information security, health data and quality.
An approved supplier of the Israel Ministry of Defense.
From Help Desk to cyber advisors - every layer with one partner.
Most organizations juggle several vendors - one for support, one for networking, one for security - and no one owns the full picture. At ELPC every layer sits under one roof, so you can start with one and grow with us as needed.
IT support
Fast help for employees, remote and on-site - the basis for smooth daily work.
Managed IT services
An external IT department: 24/7 monitoring, preventive maintenance, Microsoft 365, backup and a written SLA.
Expert services
Migrations, architecture and complex projects - per project, as an hours bank or ongoing.
Security & cyber advisors
MDR, endpoint protection, incident response, compliance and Israel's Amendment 13.
Infrastructure & networks
Networks, firewalls, WiFi and SD-WAN - designed, secured and monitored.
IT audit & gap assessment
An independent picture and a prioritized work plan - the starting point in every sector.
Business - fast growth, without IT slowing it down.
Growing companies need IT that scales with them: fast onboarding, hybrid work, Mac and Windows, and customers who want proof of security before they sign.
The challenges
- Fast hiring - and leavers whose access must be fully closed
- Security questionnaires, SOC 2 and ISO 27001 demands from customers
- Multiple branches, plants and remote work
- Growing, uncontrolled use of SaaS and AI tools
What ELPC delivers
- Managed IT and Help Desk that grow with you
- Identity and device management with JumpCloud or Intune
- SOC 2 and ISO 27001 readiness, and managed MDR
- Multi-site networks and SD-WAN
Public - continuous service for residents, and data that must be protected.
Public bodies hold large databases on residents, work within defined budgets and procedures, and are a favorite target for ransomware. They need a partner who understands both technology and regulation.
The challenges
- Residents' personal data under Amendment 13
- Legacy systems alongside the move to cloud
- Service availability for residents, including in emergencies
- National Cyber Directorate guidelines and audit requirements
What ELPC delivers
- IT audit and a gap assessment against regulation
- Backup and disaster recovery with documented restore tests
- Hardening, monitoring and cyber incident response
- Ongoing management of infrastructure, users and endpoints
Nonprofit - more protection for every shekel.
Nonprofits often hold highly sensitive data - medical, social or donor information - with a limited budget, a small team and changing volunteers. They need efficient, secure IT without an in-house department.
The challenges
- Beneficiaries' medical and social data - highly sensitive
- Access for staff and changing volunteers
- A limited IT budget and dependence on one person
- Keeping the trust of donors and the public
What ELPC delivers
- Managed IT in a flexible model, sized to the organization
- Microsoft 365 - including eligibility checks for nonprofit programs
- Access management, MFA and closing volunteers' access
- ISO 27799-certified processes for health information security
Defense - infrastructure built for the highest requirements.
Companies working with the defense establishment need network separation, strict controls on data and suppliers, and infrastructure designed upfront to meet the customer's requirements. ELPC is an approved supplier of the Ministry of Defense and supports organizations in this sector with design, deployment and management.
The challenges
- Network separation and isolated work environments
- Information security requirements of defense customers
- Supply chain and supplier controls
- Upgrading infrastructure without breaking continuity
What ELPC delivers
- Design and deployment of secure, segregated networks
- Advanced firewalls - Fortinet and Palo Alto
- Tier 3 experts for sensitive projects and IPv6 migration
- Hardening, monitoring and documentation that pass audits
Multi-sector experience - and an understanding of what matters in each.
